There's an intriguing world outside the Jewellery Quarter that doesn't ever seem to change. Every single day, the streets are packed with too many people to all pay attention to at once, and yet they all warrant some kind of attention in the way that they choose to inhabit the space (often very loudly). There's a general sense of unease - a grand mix of people too different to connect with each other, all in the same place because there's no where else to go.
